Some Advice about Being a Esthetician

I’m just giving you a basic understanding of what I know about esthetics. If I’m not explaining it correctly feel free to let me know and I’ll try and correct myself as best as I can. Like I said before this isn’t a whole list of services, it just varies on where you go, what the spa or the esthetician will offer you. I’m just letting you know, to give you a general idea of what I can do under, you know, my title as an esthetician.

Also know that each state and country differs based on what the esthetician can and cannot do. For example I know that some states don’t require the esthetician to even have a license. I don’t know how that works but, you know, that just is like that. Also, some states allow them to do more services or less services and it just depends on their license exam and what the state will and will not allow.

That’s a basic overview. I also wanted to say: if you’re new to the whole spa experience and you have questions, you know, on one of services I’ve mentioned or any services that you’ve heard of before, and you want more information, you want me to describe that, go ahead and leave me a comment or a question in the little comment section below and I will get back to you. I also want to let you guys know that as an esthetician and a professional I know that sometimes going in to a spa environment can be a little bit overwhelming or intimidating, especially if you’re new to the experience so, I have posts coming up on: what to expect on your facial; I have an articles coming up on dermatologist; and some more articles. You know, your service and experience at a spa or with an esthetician are going to be more enjoyable for you when you prepare yourself and know what to expect.
